When preparing to go live with WorkGuru after the initial data import/setup.  We recommend the following checklist:

• Connected to Xero
• Subscription activated
• Setup clients and contacts
• Setup suppliers and contacts
• Setup products
• Setup tasks
• Setup base project/production templates
• Setup branded document templates
• Setup email templates
• Setup staff incl permissions/roles
• Reset test/training transactions (if required)
• Setup WIP(if required)

  • Quotes
  • Projects
  • Purchase orders
  • Assets
  • Timesheets
• Apply initial stocktake (inventory module only)
